What are the forms of payment you accept?

We accept US cards that are issued with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express logos.

When will my order ship?

All orders have a 1-3 business day processing time upon receipt of order. Shipping time applies after the order has been shipped by the carrier. You will receive a follow-up email with a tracking number to view the approximate shipping time.

How do I receive Free Shipping on my order?

To qualify for Free Shipping, your order must reach $75.00 before tax or shipping is applied, and after any discounts have been applied. The discount to shipping will be shown when calculating the total of the order.

How do I update/cancel my order?

Orders cannot be updated or cancelled once they are placed. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What happens if my order is returned to sender?

Please be sure to double-check your address before submitting your order. If your order is returned to sender, you will be given a store credit equal to the amount paid for your order (not including the price of shipping). No refunds will be given.

What is your return & refund policy?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order please submit a claim as soon as possible so that we can rectify it.

How do I submit a claim for my order?

If any of the items in your order arrive damaged or your order is incorrect, please visit the Contact Us page to submit a claim. Please include your full name, email, and order number in the claim. For damaged products, the claim must be submitted on the same day the order is delivered to its location, or it will not be accepted.
